How do I cancel an order on Home Essence?
For outright cancellations by you:
1st step- inform us over whatsapp- 8588822202
– If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
– If you did not receive the product, it will be eligible for partial refund deducting the Courier charges, and Return charges applied by couriers.
– If you received the product, replacement will be sent to you Free of cost, only in cases where there are defects found with the product
– If you received product which is not defective, it will be eligible for partial refund deducting the Courier charges, and Return charges applied by couriers.
Exchange Policy:
1st step- inform us over whatsapp- 8588822202
– If you received product which is not defective, it will be eligible for exchange only if informed to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Courier charges, and Return charges applied by couriers will have to be deposited by customer.
Return/ exchange policy for orders with discount coupon applied:
– If your order has any discount coupon applied, it will not be valid for an exchange or refund as mentioned on coupon post/ description. If on coupon post/ description, return or exchange policy is not mentioned, return/ exchange will be done only after deducting the Coupon Discount applied, Courier charges, and Return charges applied by couriers.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be made within 10 working days on Google pay/ Phone Pe/ Bank Transfer/ any other UPI or store credit.
Return Policy:
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 8588822202 or email us at sales@homeessence.in mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back (in case of returns after receiving product)
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
